Reporting content or a member

A review, a photo or behavior that breaks the terms of use? Write to paul@planchon.io and tell us:

• the restaurant or member concerned (their name);
• what the problem is, with a screenshot if you can.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks our rules. If someone is in danger, contact the emergency services first (112).

Deleting my account

Write to paul@planchon.io from the email address linked to your account. We delete the account, your profile and your data within 30 days, and confirm it by email.

To find out what we keep about you, correct it or get a copy, write to paul@planchon.io. Everything is detailed in the privacy policy.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases go through Apple, which also handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. See the terms of sale.
