Terms of sale
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Translated from French. If the two differ, the French version applies.
These terms apply to purchases made in the Beaubon app, published by Paul Planchon. They complement the terms of use.
1. What we sell
Some Beaubon options are paid, for example a pass that opens the guide for a limited time. Their content, duration and price are described in the app before any purchase.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, in the app and on the App Store. The price you pay is the one shown at the time of purchase.
3. Ordering and payment
All purchases go through Apple’s in-app purchase. Apple takes the payment with the method linked to your Apple Account and sends you the receipt. Beaubon never has access to your bank details. Purchases are also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Subscriptions
If an option is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before. You manage and cancel your subscriptions in your iPhone settings: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Access to what you bought
The option you bought is available as soon as the payment is confirmed, on your Beaubon account. If you change iPhone, use “Restore purchases” in the app.
6. Right of withdrawal
Beaubon options are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By confirming the purchase, you ask for this immediate supply and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a problem with a purchase, please also write to us at paul@planchon.io.
8. Guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If an option you bought does not work as described, contact us: we will fix it or, failing that, you can get a refund.
9. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to paul@planchon.io. These terms are governed by French law.
